What is the difference between omelette and frittata? The frittata is cooked on both sides while the omelette must remain creamier and therefore it is cooked only at the base, leaving the heart soft. The omelette can be cooked in a pan with a little oil or in the oven, while the omelette should be cooked in butter, our version includes extra virgin olive oil. How many calories does a two-egg omelette have? 108 g of omelette (with two eggs) provide 200 calories (kcal), equivalent to 837.36 kJoule.

DO THIS First, beat the eggs with a fork or electric hand mixer in a large bowl. Add the turmeric and salt and mix. Add the hand-crumbled feta cheese. Heat a non-stick pan well. If you know it doesn't stick then don't use oil, otherwise put a drizzle of oil in the pan and pour the mixture. As soon as you see that the base of the omelette is solidifying, lower the heat, pour over the fresh spinach leaves and put the lid on. It will steam slowly and you won't even have to turn it! Check the cooking. As soon as the top has solidified, serve immediately. Remember the omelette remains softer and fluffier than the omelette! Serve with baby spinach served with oil, salt and lemon.

To know!
Spinach is rich in vitamin A and folic acid. They are also rich in nitrate, a substance that is the subject of recent research as it appears to help increase muscle strength. They also contain lutein, which is useful for the health of the retina and therefore of the eyes.
Spinach, but also chard and beets contain oxalates, compounds which, when combined with calcium, can lead to the formation of kidney stones. ... In addition to these, many other foods also have oxalate: from kiwis to cocoa from rhubarb to red fruits.
