Step 1: PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS

There is no quick recipe without the preparation first of all the necessary !! Make space in the kitchen or on the table to have everything you need to make the recipe. Cooking will be simple and relaxing and above all ... fast!
You need for each dish:
-You must have a blender to make this recipe
-400 g organic hazelnuts (you can choose the toasted ones for a more enveloping taste)
-30 g unsweetened cocoa powder (you can choose the sweet one if you prefer)
-1 teaspoon stevia (if you really don't like it you can use 1 of honey or 2 of coconut sugar)
-10-15 g of vegetable oil (from seeds) start with 10g then add at most a teaspoon if you want it creamier.
(optional: coarse chopped hazelnuts or chopped hazelnuts for a guaranteed crunch effect!)

DO THIS Pour the BIO hazelnuts into the blender and blend for about 3-5 minutes at maximum power, until you get a thick cream. With a spatula, collect the mixture from the bags and blend for another minute. At this point add the stevia and cocoa and blend again, but just to mix the ingredients. Now it's time to add the oily part of your choice. In our case, the seed oil. Blend for a few seconds just to emulsify the cream and have it so smooth and creamy. Pour the milk-free BIO hazelnut cream into a jar or several small, sterilized jars and close tightly with the cap.
