Where were meatballs invented? The origin of the delicious meatballs is still unknown, but contrary to what one might imagine they are not Italian: the most accredited sources consider them to originate in Persia: kofta, typical Middle Eastern meatballs, derive their name from the Persian koofteh, which means "meat beaten ". This recipe winks at more Middle Eastern dishes thanks to the spicy flavors with the use of Italian meat. Enjoying something spicy, gluttonous and tasty every now and then without guilt even if you are following your Nutri® program for weight loss or for your sport or for your diseases is something absolutely wonderful!
🍳 PREPARE with DNC®plate step by step

STEP 1
PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS

Non c'è ricetta veloce senza la preparazione prima di tutto l'occorrente!!
Fai spazio in cucina o sul tavolo per avere a disposizione tutto quello che si serve per la realizzazione della ricetta.
Cucinare sarà semplice e rilassante e soprattutto...veloce!
You need for each dish:
For this recipe you need the food processor (not the blender or blender)
Mixed ground beef (you can use beef and pork or beef and that's all but they'll be drier)
water for kneading
salt
extra virgin olive oil
pepper
dry chilli
sweet paprika powder
sage powder
poor mustard seeds
alternatively you can use a spice mix for roasts (without salt) and add sweet paprika and chilli
(optional: fresh parsley and garlic, not everyone likes them)

STEP 2
START WITH THE TASTE the MAKEUP is BEGINNING with the combination of tastes!

Forget the long and complicated procedures .. Follow these simple steps and you will get a spectacular result that will surprise your family or your guests.
You can bring this DNC®plate recipe from the Program Nutri® for your family to the table, it will give you an explosion of flavors you will never forget!
The secret to a good dish is to mix the flavors. Follow the steps and you will surely introduce this recipe among the most popular of your family!
DO THIS Pour the minced meat of your choice into the blender and add at least 1/2 cup of water for every 500g of meat, but you have to adjust to sight once the mixer is on. Turn on the mixer and start kneading the meat with water. From the classic small pieces of meat will form a paste similar to that of packaged turkey burgers. This process is used to mix the meat with water, which it will then lose in cooking, but leaving the meatballs soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. You now have two alternatives. If you like very spicy meatball add the spice mix and salt at this point. If you do not like the meatball too spicy add only the salt and the spice mix for roasts and before cooking them in a pan sprinkle the surface with paprika, sage, chilli. Use a non-stick pan. However, add a drizzle of oil otherwise the spices will burn. Cook over high heat for the crust but then over medium heat to cook them well inside. Serve hot with basmati rice and roasted vegetables. But they are also excellent in a pita bread with salad and tzatzichi sauce.
STEP 3
The Nutritionist recommends:

Check carefully the quantities per portion you have in your Program Nutri® that you are following according to your needs and adapt them to those of the recipe! NO TIME??? Always try to plan your shopping based on the menu of your Nutri® Program you will have the ingredients available and you will not have energy drops during your work, study or sports day!
TO KNOW! A portion of protein in the day is essential to have a good, stable and lasting energy level. Animal proteins are the ones that provide you with the highest number of essential amino acids. Do not exceed in their consumption, at least 2 times a week use legumes as a protein source! Check within your Program Nutri® the amount of protein you have available for lunch or dinner, do not exceed but at least try to take the perfect amounts for you. This recipe is great as a sports recovery. You can use this post workout recipe. NEVER BEFORE! Because of its amount of spice.
Simple right? This is the key point of my Program Nutri®: simple, clear, balanced, fun. Cooking and following a Nutrition program has never been so good!
